Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you have agreed to the following terms. Violators shall be blacklisted.- All prices stated will automatically be for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. For commercial use, please see Commercial Use Agreement.
- Usual turnover time for each piece will range from a few weeks up to 2 months. Should you have a deadline for the piece, please let me know immediately.
- More complex designs and armor can be discussed. However, I reserve the right to increase the price if needed.
- NSFW is okay!
- Payment scheme shall follow the 50% - 25% - 25% rule.
> Down payment (before sketch) = 50%
> After sketch approval = 25%
> After finished piece = 25%
- You are allowed 2 free revisions of minor degree during the sketch process. Any revisions after will be an additional 10% of the total price for each revision.
- Should you want a piece that does not fall under the following commission prices, I'm open to discuss it.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
- I reserve the right to use the finished pieces for my portfolio, websites, and accounts, unless discussed otherwise.
- Should you be reposting the finished piece on any site, please credit ("CTTO" or "credits to the artist" does not credit me in any way. Please ask me if you're unsure, thank you!)

Commercial Use Agreement
- If you wish to order a commission for commercial use, total commission price and other discussion will be done upfront.
- Intent for commercial use will include the following: reproducing and selling the piece in any form of merchandize (prints, acrylics, etc.), using it in personal or public websites, and redistribution of any way, shape, or form where you--the client--will receive profit from.
- The price increase will start at +25% of total price, depending on how and how often it will be redistributed.
- Clients/commissioners do not have the right to redistribute/mint/sell the finished commissions as NFT or any of the like. None of my works are to be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
